Problem
I led the design team and created the design practice for peer-to-peer based digital services, leading human-centred design activities, user experience and identity.
Approach
Alongside various consulting projects, our key focus was Huddle Money, Australia’s first peer-to-peer insurance offer which gives back to customers if they don’t make a claim. Flo, a virtual claims assistant algorithm, approves claims in under a minute. We worked with various investors and evolved the offer from travel insurance into car, home and contents.
We created the digital identity and the end-to-end digital experience from scratch across web and native. We worked alongside The Glue Society to develop launch campaigns and integrate these into the digital offer.
At Huddle we set out to do things differently, to provide insurance that’s fit for how we live today.
