Over the past sixteen years, I’ve led and been a part of many of Australia’s best design teams working in ASX20 companies and startups. My work has covered a variety of sectors, including telecommunication, automotive, education, insurance, banking, retail, tech, energy, health and government.
I was one of the first strategic designers in Australia, defining innovation and design practice in Australia’s leading organisations. I leverage this approach through my work and leadership, building design teams and meaningful products and services for organisations that pursue opportunities to create social change.
In my free time, I work on projects that explore ethics through video and sound. I also teach design on a sessional basis at RMIT and mentor female primary school students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, maths).
